           +bglist - List out sections that have been created
           +bgadd <#>=<text>       - Add to a background section.
           +bgrem <#>=<text>       - Removes text from a background section.
           +bgrep <#>=<old>/<new>  - Replaces text in a background section.
           +bgclear <#>            - Clears a background section.
           +bglock <#>             - Locks a background section when finished.

  The '<#>' sign in the BG help stands for the number of the section you are
  working on. The BG commands allows for multiple sections so that your
  background can be broken up into reasonably sized pieces of text.

+cnotes

  SYNTAX: +cnotelist - Gives you a list of all cnotes on your

  To set notes on rooms, exits, and other objects that you own, set an
  attribute: &CNOTE_<notename> <object>=<text>

  accept "me" as an argument. +finger is generally a command that notes OOC
  information and should not be considered IC unless game policy
  specifically says otherwise.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& +glance
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+glance

  SYNTAX: +glance

  Displays displays the &SHORT-DESC attributes of objects and connected
  players in your present location. Idle times of players are shown.
  &SHORT-DESC information is truncated to 50 characters.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& +ic
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+ic

  SYNTAX: +ic

  Lets a player go to a set beginning IC location.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& +info
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+info

  SYNTAX: +info Show you the info that you have set on yourself.
          +info <player> Shows you info set on other characters.

  +info allows you to set information on yourself that would be useful to
  other players without them having them page you for it. This is an
  /excellent/ way to tell other players about pertinent merits, flaws, or
  other things that /would/ affect the way that they might interact with you,
  yet would not be appropriate to place in your @desc.

  Players should make a brief mention like "+info set" at the end of their
  @desc, so that others may know to look.

  See Also: +info-setup
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& +info-setup
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+info setup

  To set info on yourself, set it as an attribute &INFO-<category>. General
  info can be seen by anyone. More specific info is set in the same way,
  except you use who should be able to see it instead of 'general'. Possible
  things to use are: race, factions, clans, tribes, and traditions.:

  &info-general me=A wandering bum, usually seen in the dirtier parts of
the streets.
  &info-camarilla me=This is the Gangrel Primogen, and as such, is a very
noted member of the Camarilla...
  &info-garou me=This character has a Pure Breed 4.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& +knock
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+knock

  SYNTAX: +knock <exit name or alias>

  This command will allow you to 'knock' on any door in the MUSH. The players
  on the other side of the door will get an emit telling them that someone is
  knocking on the door.

  NOTE: Using this command on the street grid on exits like South <S> is very
  silly and people will think that you are dumb if you do.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& mp
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mp - multipaging:

  SYNTAX: mp <names>=<message> - Allows multipaging to a list of players
           mp <message> - Allows multipaging to the last group of
                                  players multipaged.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

& mutter
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
mutter

  SYNTAX: mutter <target>=<string>
          mutter/tt <target>=<string>
          mutter/place <place number>=<string>

  The first form of this command behaves identically to "whisper", except
  that the other players in the room will see that you have said something.
  A regular message, or part of a pose enclosed in "-----er defaults
  to belonging to the same zone that the player belongs to.
  Every zone is defined by a Zone Master Object (ZMO). The ZMO is an
  ordinary MUX object owned by some player. A wizard may change the
  zone of an object or player to a ZMO.

  If the ZMO is a room, it is called a "Parent room." Most of the
  statements about ZMOs also apply to parent rooms; for details,
  see the help topic PARENT ROOMS.

{ 'help zones2' for more }

& ZONES2
ZONES (continued)

  Anyone who can pass the Enter lock of the ZMO has control over all
  objects in that zone. This, in essence, gives that player wizard
  powers within that zone. For this reason, one must be extremely
  careful with the enter locks of ZMOs!

  Also, $commands on a ZMO are treated as global within that zone.
  The game attempts to match $commands for the ZMO of the player's
  location, as well as $commands for the player's own zone.
  For some suggestions on how to use zones, see "help ZONES3".

{ 'help zones3' for more }

& ZONES3
ZONES (continued)

  Some suggested uses of zones:

    1. If you are working on a building project with several people, it
       may be useful to create a zone object and @elock it to all of you,
       and ask a wizard to @chzone the players involved to the zone object.
       That way, all of the players working on the project will be able to
       modify the building.

    2. On a similar thread, if several players are working on a project
       involving only a few objects, it may be simpler to create a zone
       object and @chzone those few objects to the ZMO instead of resetting
       the zones of the players. Note that a player does not have to belong
       to a zone in order to change objects in that zone; all is merely
       required to pass the ZMO's enter lock.

{ 'help zones4' for more }

& ZONES4
ZONES (continued)

  More possible uses for zones:

    3. If local wizards are desired, a zone object may be created and enter
       locked to the local wizard. Players building within that zone should
       be @chzone'd to that ZMO. The local wizard will then be able to
       control anything within that domain.

    4. If you want restricted global commands defined over only a small area,
       you can define that area to be part of a zone, and place the desired
       $commands upon the ZMO.

& ZWHO()
ZWHO()

  FUNCTION: zwho(<object>)

  Returns a list of players who are a member of the zone defined by
  <object>. Currently a wizard/royalty only function.

  Related Topics: inzone(), ZONES.

  Outputs <message> to everyone in your current room without embellishment.

  Example:
